-	Chlorostoma aureotincta (gilded turban snail)	Note the orange open umbillicus of Chlorostoma aureotincta.
-	Chlorostoma funebralis (black turban shell) has a distinct division of light and dark areas on the underside of the shell, unlike the less distinct division of the similar species, Chlorostoma gallina (speckled turban snail).	Chlorostoma funebralis has a scaly mid-sutural band, which is lacking in Chlorostoma gallina.
Norrisia norrisi (Norris' top snail)	-	Lottia "pelta" (southern shield limpet) and Cyanoplax hartwegii (Hartweg's chiton) under the rockweed, Silvetia compressa.
