Welcome to the CUAJUNGCO Laboratory

The Cuajungco laboratory is a molecular and cellular biology laboratory. The goal of the laboratory is to integrate the Biological Science department’s inquiry-based pedagogy with hands-on, hypothesis-driven and cutting-edge research experience (one of the university’s high impact practices).

Information for High School, Undergraduate, and Graduate Students

Dr. Cuajungco encourages students (post-graduate, undergraduate, or high school) who are interested in his research to browse the website. Anyone who would like to participate in research should contact him for further information about opportunities at least 1 month before the semester starts (there is no guarantee that a space is available once the semester has started). For potential undergraduate students, please download and fill out the undergraduate student questionnaire by clicking here. For potential MS students, please download and fill out the MS applicant questionnaire by clicking here; however, also send your CV/resume and previous school transcripts (unofficial copy is acceptable). For HS students, please send your CV/resume to be considered for summer research but please note that due to the recurring COVID19 medical situation, our research capacity remains limited to CSUF students.
