 Figure A is at 37 degrees celcius. Figure B is at 33 degrees celcius.

 

**Maximum titer was reached 108 hrs post infection at 37 degrees celcius for the mutant. At 33 degrees, wild-type and the mutant reached a titer of nearly 106 pfu/ml but at different times. The mutant attained this maximum a lot slower. This indicates that influenza A virus can undergo multiple rounds of replication without the M2 TM and cytoplamic domains although both and important for efficient viral replication.
